Our land
The Oglio Natural Park is home to our vineyards. Our daily work is aimed at preserving the biodiversity of our land with the treasures it harbors. For us, it is a pleasure to work in the vineyard and be accompanied by the song of a pheasant, the quacking of a duck or the circling of a heron. We are careful not to disturb the hares chasing each other among the rows. It is our task to enhance this environment while preserving its fullest integrity.

We are committed to safeguarding the naturalness of our wines at every stage of the production process. Our mission is to enhance the peculiarities of our grapes through winemaking with spontaneous fermentations and indigenous yeasts. The use of long-term French oak barrels and tonneaux is a hallmark of our still wines. In the field of “bubbles,” every day we work to safeguard the age-old traditions of bottle refermentation and progressively refine them in the craftsmanship of our making to enhance the originality and authenticity of our wines.

Since childhood we have been accustomed to avoid any waste. The concept of circular agriculture is therefore part of our DNA. Our goal is not only to reduce waste and waste but to create added value for the entire supply chain. For example, wood pruning residues are ground directly into the soil, while the stumps are collected and used as fuel. Grape residues have also been experimented with as compost in vineyards. All by-products of winemaking are also recycled in the winery.
